Any personal details (such as names, addresses and credit card details) are held solely by Fun Fashion and third party card facilitator from transactions.

Credit/ Debit Card   Credit cards (through this site) are processed using PayPay Secure facilty or you can call us direct on: 0800 043 2692 using our Lloyds TSB Cardnet service.  Any details taken by phone are only kept until the transaction has been completed, or if requested by you for repeat sales.

UK Residents Only Can Now Pay via Phone. We now offer the option to pay direct over the phone to UK residents.  We are a merchant with Lloyds TSB Cardnet.  We accept the following cards with this method i.e. Visa (Credit and Debit), Mastercard, Maestro, & Solo.  If you are non resident in the UK or do not have one of these cards, you may still purchase using PayPal.  All cards must be authorised by Lloyds TSB before they can be accepted.  Please have your card details with you when you phone.  Telephone: 0800 043 2692 to make your purchase now!

Currency Selector Orders Outside UK. If your order has been placed using our currency selector, please note the final invoice debiting of your card will be in UK sterling. The debit will be applied at the point at which your order is despatched. Obviously, this might give rise to currency fluctuations. If this concerns you we can, with your permission, debit your card now, instead of at the point of despatch. Please advice by email, after placing order, if you wish to exercise this option.

Guarantee and Returns We are dedicated to your total satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods for exchange or credit card refund they must reach us within 30 days from the date of despatch and be in the condition in which they were sent. Goods returned outside this allocated time frame will not be replaced or refunded. Some of our lingerie and rubber products are very tight fitting, items returned with rips or tears will not be refunded. (Latex items received in a sealed bag, must be returned in the same sealed state) If you know by looking at the item it is not going to fit, please return it and we shall gladly replace it for a larger or smaller sized garment. Fun Fashion are not liable for any postage costs, loss or damage of returned goods, therefore we advise an insured and signed for delivery method such as Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery Service. For reasons of hygiene, briefs/knickers, hosiery, adult toys and creams are non-refundable.

Please Note: Fantasy uniforms, costumes and outfits will only be exchanged and not refunded. Sorry but this term had to be imposed because of a small minority of customers abusing our returns policy at Halloween and Christmas, we are not a free fancy dress hire shop.

Sale Items: These items are often end of line and can not be exchanged, although where we can we will.  Often these items are sold to you at stock price, or lower and for this reason they cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Overseas Returns / Customs Duty If returning goods from overseas, please ensure you state clearly on the packaging that goods are being returned for exchange or refund, otherwise customs duty must be paid.

We will unfortunately refuse any parcels that have had this charge added and the parcel will be returned to you for payment.

Please note, due to the intimate nature of the products sold, once worn or seal broken they are non returnable.  This includes corsets, hosiery, pasties and any item that is worn directly to the skin.

Delivery Schedule We always try our best to deliver the goods within 10 working days.

At certain periods of the year (Christmas and Halloween) we can be very busy and items do sell out quicker, so some items may take a little longer. So please allow up to 28 days for delivery in extreme cases. It is impossible for us to have every item in stock due to the large range we carry. If you are unsure and need items delivered quickly please call first.

Typical delivery times for most popular brands:

Leg Avenue garments are despatched next day (when in stock), Dreamgirl (3-5 working days), Shirley of Hollywood between 8-12 working days, and Allure 10-15 working days. We are always happy to advice on delivery if you wish to have an item for a specific date.

We will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the delivered goods are not what you ordered or are faulty.

We will not be liable under our agreement with you for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where i) there is no breach of a legal duty or care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; iii) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms.

We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity).

As a consumer, you have certain rights by law regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. These terms and conditions shall no affect those rights.

Shipping Costs We currently offer a flat rate of £3.50 per order. Buy as much as you like and pay no more than our standard rate.

As rule of thumb Royal Mail is used with recorded delivery.  If you would prefer not to have your item recorded please state and proof of purchase will be used instead.  You may also request Special delivery at a cost of an extra £3.50.  If you wish to nominate your local post office, please make this clear when purchasing or send a seperate email to sales@funfashion.co.uk
